A Sweet Journey from Passion to Perfection

The tale of Tara Gold's liquid treasure begins in X with a simple yet ambitious dream – to harness the incredible power of nature's hardest workers and share their bounty with the world. It all started with establishing our first beehives, strategically placed to pollinate the lush, sub-tropical orchards that dot the breathtaking landscapes of New Zealand's far north.
Little did we know that this humble beginning would soon blossom into an extraordinary adventure that would take us on a journey through the heart of this remarkable country and introduce us to the wonders of Manuka honey, a uniquely Kiwi treasure unlike any other.

The Back of Beyond

To truly capture the essence of Manuka honey, we knew we had to venture deep into the heart of New Zealand's untamed wilderness. Our hives now dot the rugged landscapes of the North and South Islands, scattered across over 100,000 acres of windswept, Manuka-clad bush.

Some of our apiary sites are so remote and isolated that they can only be located by GPS and accessed by helicopter, minimizing our impact on the delicate ecosystems surrounding them. These are the actual "back of beyond" locations, where nature reigns supreme, and our bees can forage amidst the purest, most pristine Manuka blossoms.
